All images for purchase on this website remain the copyright of the individual photographer and are offered on a Royalty Free basis. In exceptional circumstances we may consider a one-off buy out license by special arrangement.

All Imagebarn royalty-free images may be used multiple times for multiple projects without incurring any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. However, the rights granted are non-transferable and are personal to the purchaser only. Images may not be re-licensed by the purchaser to their clients or other parties.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not give refunds unless in exception circumstances which are at our discretion. Applications for refund must be made in writing at the address given on this website.
